About Me

I’ve spent over 20 years working directly with people — in customer service, support, and fast-paced environments where listening and problem-solving matter most. Over that time, I’ve learned how to handle every kind of situation, from small frustrations to complex conflicts, always with empathy and clarity.Now, I’m focused on moving my career into Customer Success in the tech industry. I bring the same skills that helped me thrive in customer-facing roles — trust-building, communication, and conflict resolution — and I’m excited to apply them to helping customers succeed with technology.


Tech Experience

I launched my own app project and took it to market. While the app was only available for a short time, the experience taught me the full lifecycle of bringing a product to launch, from idea, to development, to release.Through this project, I learned:-How to coordinate with technical resources and tools
-What it takes to bring a vision into reality
-How to evaluate customer feedback quickly and adapt
That experience gave me a foundation and confidence to work in tech, and it reinforced my passion for creating solutions that make people’s lives easier.
